    As a track athlete I can tell you 0.7 sec is a huge improvement in 100m. Nice job man, hard work and consistent training = tangible and well earned gains in performance!

    Looks like you are already in some good shape I see also if you are consistent like you were you can improve quickly in the beginning, however, to gain more gains it would probably be harder as your body adaptations more basically a new beginner improvement curve I would reference. Good effort and nicely planned. Enjoyed the video!

    I know its insane to wake up that early but one thing you learn and advice to take from this is when you wake up early you get very productive and you get a lot done obviously dont wake up at 2 30am but try to wake up early but try to wake up early like on the school holidays i wake up at 12pm which i might bump to 10am

    Just remember, learning any new sport like foiling, kiting, winging. The learning days are the ones that you will remember, and be the most fulfilling. In the beginning progression steps are so much larger than after you are not a beginner anymore. Larry

    This was a great video, this popped up after watching Noah Lyles highlights after the 100m final in Paris. Some observations from someone who did Little Aths for You have a good build for sprinting, and is very impressive to get under 14 as a beginner and get under 13 after a month. I bulked up in the gym to improve my footy, I went from being a decent cross country/middle distance runner to a better sprinter and haven’t done aths in almost 10 years. And whilst I’m probably 10 years older and at least 10 kg heavier my sprint time has gone from 14.1-14.5 down to around 13seconds. My 800m has gone from low 2.30 to more like 2.50-2.55. (I was average in my club and never won the medals etc). Enjoyable content, realise how much I like athletics when Olympics roll around
